CRICKET WARRANTY & WARRANTY REGISTRATION

WARRANTY

LIMITED WARRANTY

Cricket Carts LLC warrants that new CRICKET vehicles purchased from an authorized CRICKET dealer or directly from Cricket Carts LLC in the continental United States will be free from defects in materials and workmanship during the applicable warranty period, subject to the limitations and exclusions below.

Cricket Carts LLC is not responsible for damage caused by abuse, negligence, vandalism, accidents, improper maintenance, improper transportation, modifications, or acts of nature.

WARRANTY PERIOD

CRICKET Vehicle: 1 year from verified delivery to the customer's designated delivery address.

Three-Unit AGM Battery Set: 6 months
Three-Unit Lithium Battery Set: 1 year
Single-Unit Lithium Battery Kit: 5 years

Battery warranties also apply to replacement batteries and upgrade kits purchased after the original CRICKET vehicle purchase.

WARRANTY COVERAGE

During the applicable warranty period, Cricket Carts LLC will, at its option, repair or replace any part determined to be defective due to factory workmanship or materials.

Replacement parts are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period. Parts replaced under warranty become the property of Cricket Carts LLC and may be required to be returned for inspection.

WARRANTY CLAIMS

All warranty repairs and replacement parts must be authorized by Cricket Carts LLC before work is performed or parts are replaced.

Cricket Carts LLC may require photographs, diagnostic information, testing, inspection, or return of the defective part before approving a claim.

Unauthorized repairs or modifications may not be covered.

WARRANTY PARTS SHIPPING

Cricket Carts LLC will cover standard ground shipping for approved warranty replacement parts for the first 90 days following verified vehicle delivery.

After 90 days, the customer or authorized dealer is responsible for standard shipping costs for approved warranty replacement parts.

Expedited or special shipping charges are not covered unless authorized by Cricket Carts LLC.

LABOR & SERVICE

Labor is not covered under this warranty. Service calls, diagnostic fees, travel, pickup/delivery, transportation, and other incidental service costs are also not covered unless specifically authorized by Cricket Carts LLC.

EXCLUSIONS

This warranty does not cover:

• Competition or racing use
• Abuse, neglect, or abnormal use
• Accidents or collision damage
• Improper maintenance or transportation
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs
• Non-genuine or non-equivalent parts or accessories
• Normal wear or routine maintenance items, including upholstery, light bulbs, brake shoes, tires, and similar items

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

Customers must:

1. Operate and maintain the CRICKET according to the owner's manual.
2. Notify Cricket Carts LLC or an authorized CRICKET dealer of an apparent defect within 10 days of discovery.
3. Make the vehicle available for inspection and warranty service at an authorized dealer or Cricket Carts LLC in Melbourne, Florida.

ADDITIONAL WARRANTY INFORMATION

Cricket Carts LLC makes no other warranty, express or implied. All implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose that extend beyond the terms of this warranty are disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Cricket Carts LLC's obligation under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts as described above.

Cricket Carts LLC reserves the right to update its warranty policies for future vehicle purchases.
